Emergency Services

Veterinary ERYou know your pet better than anyone. If you feel his or her medical condition is serious and cannot wait, seek emergency care immediately.

As pet owners ourselves, we know that emergency situations don’t always happen at the most convenient times. If you have an emergency outside of our normal business hours, we refer our clients to the following emergency facility:

Animal Emergency and Urgent Care
4300 Easton Dr.
Suite 1 (behind Mervyn's)
Bakersfield, CA 93309
Phone: (661) 322-6019
Hours: 24/7

During regular business hours, the medical staff and resources at Stiern and Southwest Veterinary Hospitals are available to help you with any emergency your pet experiences. If possible, please call in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
